The designs cover a
wide range of patterns quite neutral to fashion and thus suitable for
many different customer groups; here are some
examples.
- mesh size : 125,
135, 165 + 195
- repeat size : 642 mm
- for design engraving only brand new (non recycled) screens were used,
therefore they have never been stripped.
- STORK end-rings on all screens
- ~ 2’700 engraved screens, i.e. ~ 50% 1’850 mm and ~ 50% 2’200 mm
printing width
- 1’153 designs
- all designs on CDs
- each screen stored in solid 250 cm long card-board tube
- packing for transport : for space-saving container transport, the
length of the card-board tubes can be cut to match the narrow (1'850 mm)
screens.
- ex works : including loading into 6 pieces 40-foot high-cube
containers.
- If all screens are to be used for 1’850 mm printing width only, then,
due to the above mentioned type of designs, the
2’200 mm wide screens can be suitably cut buy buyer to match 1’850 mm
printing width without impact to neither the screens nor the designs. |
